Nothing really, this all about HR Happy Hour
Steve Boese runs HR Happy Hour on Blog Talk Radio on Friday nights and is doing a great job with it. I called in last Friday and was able to join in a wide ranging discussion with Steve and Shauna, along with Susan Burns, Jason Seiden, and Kari Quaas.
It was great to discuss topics such as EFCA, why there are so many more women than men in HR, and how those of us on the call got into HR in the first place. It was a lot of fun. You can listen to the archive here.
