Good news from Indiana

Big news on the personal front from Indiana today. My oldest son, Bryan has been offered a job working in his college career field, Criminal Justice. He has been incredibly resilient in sticking to a job search for a position in Indiana where his wife Nicole is a teacher. He has gone through a lot of frustration, but hung in and now it has paid off.

He has been offered a position as a Case Manager at the New Castle Correctional Facility working for the Geo Group, a Florida based firm that manages prison facilities for governmental agencies.

Coincidentally, I worked with the Geo Group for a year, as a Regional HR Director and then as a consultant, doing labor negotiations in Pennsylvania and other projects, including the original staffing project in New Castle.

Congratulations, Bryan and good luck!
