Some friends from Tampa (and Tennessee, right now) have started a new HR blog that is really worth adding to your blog roll or feed reader.
The blog is called HR by the Numbers and it is designed to provide "Information You Can Count On."
The blog is written and put together by husband and wife team Barry Brown and Angela Rao-Brown, who also operate their own HR consulting business called Effective Resources. You can read more about them here.
