Loic LeMeur Interviews CEO Tony Hsieh of Zappos

Very cool interview of Zappos CEO Tony Hsieh from the TED conference by Loic LeMeur. I love the way these guys are successful while being unconventional.

Both gentleman had to do layoffs at their companies in the last few months, Loic at Seesmic, and Tony at Zappos. Kudos to them for doing layoffs the right way.
