I am very excited to announce that I have been granted press credentials to attend the 2009 Employers of Excellence National Conference. This conference will feature great speakers, workshops, and networking opportunities.

It will provide some unique opportunities as well, including workshops with The Disney Institute, a 2 day Human Capital Management Investors Forum, and the opportunity to attend the conference virtually by being a part of the Annual Mega View Conference.

I am looking forward to meeting the Founder and Chief Instigator at HR.com, Debbie McGrath, as well as Diane Horton and Virginia Bourne, who were instrumental in helping make the arrangements for me to attend.

For the 7th consecutive year, the good folks at HR.com will be holding their prestigious Employers of Excellence National Conference from Tuesday January 26th to Thursday January 29th, 2009.

This year, the conference will take place on the grounds of the beautiful Green Valley Ranch Spa Casino – a beautiful property that combines old world charm with the first-rate service that Las Vegas is known for.

The Employers of Excellence National Conference is unique among HR conferences inn that it attempts to provide the best opportunity to learn and network in a less trade-show-like, more intimate environment, and gives attendees a chance to rub elbows with the top level Human Resources executives in the industry. It also provides excellent content, interesting speakers and the opportunity to learn from some of the top people in the industry.

Keynote Speakers

The HR.com Employers of Excellence National Conference has a reputation for providing HR professionals with the opportunity to hear from world-class keynote speakers, attend workshops presented by industry experts, and take part in roundtable discussions led by HR thought leaders and sponsors.

That is certainly true this year, and Human Race Horses will be there, to live blog the speakers as they present, and to provide additional in-depth interviews.

Check out this lineup. It has never been better – each of these presenters is renowned for their brilliant and utterly unforgettable talks. Each speaker brings a unique message to the program and offers something entirely different than the usual conference messages.
