I read the following headline to this story:

And then I read this line:

Attracting and training talented people is the key to keeping banks and other financial services companies in Toronto, not lower corporate taxes, says Mayor David Miller.

and then my head exploded!

As my life flashed before my eyes, I had one last thought...
