Department of Labor Issues Revised FMLA Regulations

Image via WikipediaThe United States Deparment of Labor has released a new 750-page rules document containing revisions of regulations governing the Family and Medical Leave Act. This is the first major regulatory update of the 1993 law in more than a decade. The report can be accessed here.
