Cadbury India has been ranked as the 7th Great Place to Work and the No. 1 FMCG company in India in 2008, by the Great Place to Work Institute.
This study, in its fifth year in India, has a presence in 30 countries and is the oldest, most comprehensive and respected workplace study worldwide.
Over two hundred companies throughout India participated in the survey, which measured the degree of satisfaction of employees with their place of work and picked out the best working environments. This is the fourth time we have featured amongst the Great Places to Work in India.
