Starbucks to open 150 more European locations


Starbuck's who finished #3 on the 2008 Fortune list of Great Places to Work announced today that they will open up to 150 new stores in Europe. This will be Starbuck's largest licensing agreement outside the United States. Locations will be located primarily in Britain, France, and Germany, according to a Reuters report. Starbucks also is eyeing South America, having opened its first shop in Argentina ealier this month.


These announcements come in face of declining sales in the United States.
