Landmark Rulling in Schroer Transgender Employment Case

The case of Diane Schroer which I had posted on a few weeks ago has been decided. Dr. Jillian Weiss has posted on her blog about the case. While there have been a number of rulings in favor of transgender plaintiffs under the federal sex discrimination statute, this is the first time a court has ruled that sex includes gender identy.
