From the Great Place to Work Website, the criteria and groupings that are utilized to assess "Great" companies. How does a company get there? What are the secrets?
The formula is simple, yet remarkably profound. My musing thought for today...how will Social Networking morph this model in the next 5 years? What new ideas, concepts, and tools will drive the next "Great" cultures?
For your consideration: virtual offices with virtual work teams where people communicate via IM, or WebX or Skype very cheaply and work when they want, or when required. Can various legal requirements like FLSA encompass this? Can employers stand the lack of control (but higher productivity) that will result? Can the HR departments cope?
